Returns
Returns Window: ECOOPTS offers a 30-day return policy, which begins on the date the products are delivered to the customer. The return window closes 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns are not accepted beyond this period unless under exceptional circumstances.

Exceptions: If the products arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, they may be returned outside the standard return window. These items must be unused, in the same condition they were received, and free from any customer-inflicted damage.

Extended Coverage: If a product becomes defective after the return window has expired and has been used, customers should refer to our Warranty policy for a possible replacement. Products undergoing warranty evaluation are exempt from the standard return window and are not eligible for refunds.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any returns or claims.

Fees (Restocking + Incorrect Claims)
Restocking Fee: Items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers costs related to initial shipping and handling.

Incorrect Claims: If a return claim is found to be inaccurate, and the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or parts are missing not due to our error, the refund may be reduced up to the full price of the item.

Refunds
Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, ECOOPTS will notify the customer via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Delayed Refunds: If the refund has not appeared in your account:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
Contact your bank to check for processing delays.
If you still have not received your refund, please contact ECOOPTS at cs@gardendecorsdepot.com.
Sale Items
Exclusions: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is being returned due to a defect or warranty claim. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Additional Recommendations: For items valued over $85, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
